Delphi : Angel or Devil ?

QMH V. 1.1
(C) Jean Claude Meier

If, like me, when surfing on the WEB, you put a lot of files on the PC desktop, after you have to do the housework.

After having read them, you have essentially to delete them, sometimes to rename, copy or move these files.

QMH do the job !

First put a shortcut of the program on the desktop and you are ready.

After, from the desktop itself or from Explorer drag and drop files  to this shortcut.

QMH opens and you can read or watch the file chosen. After you can manage them as  you want.

It supports HTML files, TXT files and even files without extension, but can only display JPG et GIF pictures.

It uses the HTML.OCX from NETMANAGE provided with Delphi 2.01 (that was time limited ! This one (joined here) is patched and works correctly)

The OCX component must be stored  in Windows\System and registered in the Registry which is normally done when installing Delphi (?). Otherwise it's a little complicated, it needs other DLL and must be registered (RegServ32 ...)

I use  this soft for monthes and it works almost correctly . I don't know if it will be the same with D3 and D4, perhaps better, tell me please...

New :

Now you can print the page (D3, D4, ?) but not in D2 !

and the pathes to load, move and copy are saved into an .ini file.

Note :

I only work in D2 but some fellows have tested it for me.
(thanks to Bas (QuinqSoft QuinqSoft), Julio Farias and Agung Sagita Purnama)
In D4 or C++ Builder 4 if you receive the message ISP.DCU not found, just delete ISP from the USES clause and it should compile an work fine.

In D3, I don't kwow.

Try and use it at your risks and perils (:-)))
