代码说明： WinPascal is a free Pascal compiler that can create x86 asm codes to be assembled and linked into a stand-alone Windows executable. The goal is to create a sort of Delphi like RAD development tool for Pascal. It is currently in early stage of development but anybody can participate in its creation.
